Mr. Sanjeev Kumar Shrivastava

Managing Director

Mr. Sanjeev Kumar Shrivastava is Managing Director at Canbank Venture Capital Fund Ltd. His responsibilities include overall management of the Investment Manager, setting up of funds, raising Funds, finalizing the investments and thereafter the profitable exits from the investments.

Shri Sanjeev Kumar Shrivastava is BSc Mathematics Honours and CAIIB. During his 24 Years of long banking career, he has worked in various capacities. He has headed all types of Branches for continuous period of 6 years & he was the Head of RO, Durgapur, one of the top performing ROs of Bank. He has rich experience in all Segments of Banking including Branch Business, Corporate Credit, Retail Credit, Inspection and Audit, etc.

Mr. Puneet Kumar Sharma

Senior Executive Vice President

Mr. Puneet Kumar Sharma having experience of over 19 years in a Nationalised Bank (Canara Bank) mainly in handling equity research, treasury, mid and large corporate loan accounts, large export finance lending, foreign currency loans. He holds a degree in Btech (Computer Science), MBA (Finance). Second in charge of the company next to the Managing Director. Mr. Puneet Kumar Sharma is designated as Compliance Officer.

Beena is part of Canbank investment team and she looks into deal origination, developing investment memo, investments, portfolio monitoring, etc., and all work related to setting up of Fund / Schemes. She has Jointly led in setting up of three funds. She has degree in B A, PGDM in HRM and Certification in Strategic Management from IISC, Bangalore.

Project Manager

Geetha Kamath is part of Canbank Accounts & Administration Team. She has previously worked in Audit firm. She is handling all book keeping of Company & Funds Accounts, relevant statutory compliances, HR related work. She has degree in B.Com.

Suhasini M L

Administration Team Member

Suhasini is part of Canbank Administration Team. She has previously worked in a private firm handling account. She is handling all administration related works of CVCFL, and co-ordinating with Members of the Board/ Committee for meetings. She has degree in B.Sc.

Sindhu

Project Manager

Sindhu is part of Canbank investment Team, looking after portfolio investments and work related to setting up of new funds / schemes. She has previously worked in Morgan Stanley mainly dealing in hedge funds. She holds degree in BBA and MBA (Finance).

Priyadarshini G

Officer

Priyadharshini serves as an Officer at CVCFL and is part of the Electronics Development Fund Team. She brings with her over 9 years of experience from Canara Bank, where she handled diverse responsibilities, including managing retail banking, MSME portfolios, and branch operations. She holds a degree Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electrical and Electronics.
